The Spiritual Awakening of a Butterfly: The awakening of the Heart, Mind and Soul of Robin Lynn Kahn

Ms. Kahn accepted Jesus into her heart as her personal savior, she was baptized within a non-denominational church. As a new Christian she has found fellowship in many different churches and delights in worship and private bible study.Ms. Kahn was raised in a Jewish household, studying the Old Testament on her own. It was not until adulthood that she found Christ. Since her salvation, her talent for writing has returned after years of not writing a word due to being heavily medicated for Bi-Polar Disorder, which she still copes with daily. Since her salvation, Ms. Kahn feels that her disorder has become more manageable due to the fact that she now has faith in a Loving God who is always there and will always be there for me. Whether or not the medication works or my doctor is in the office that day. Ms. Kahn feels that there is a reason for her mental illness and that the Lord has a purpose for it in her life. She believes perhaps that it lends a greater understanding to her own writing for herself, and she hopes for those who read her work as well.This book was compiled within a one year time span. Since Ms. Kahn has been writing a majority of her life, it didn’t take long for her to come up with enough material for her first book to dedicate to the Lord. She says of this book, I see it as God having given me the words to each of these poems. When the Lord blesses you with something, you are supposed to bless someone with what you are gifted with. Who better to bless than the Lord by dedicating this book to Him.Ms. Kahn already has a second book in the works and a third in the drafting stages. We can look forward to more words of love for the Lord from Ms. Kahn in the near future.
