Easy Cupcake Recipes: A simple step by step sweet cupcake book (LynLyn baking dessert series 1)

When I was a little kid my dad always made cupcakes for my birthday. Since then I've always liked cupcakes instead of big cakes. Cupcakes freeze easier and are way cuter too. There are also lots of fun ways you can ice cupcakes. Anyway I was curious about this cookbook since I had some bananas that needed to be used up and found a recipe for banana cupcakes. I followed the recipe except I used two eggs in place of the egg substitute and I used milk instead of water. I also added one teaspoon of Frontier's banana flavoring. Now this recipe made eight cupcakes when I filled them with a ¼ cup measuring cup. I'd use less next time because they crept over the edge of the baking cup. Filling them halfway full would be ideal. Then you might get more cupcakes too. I found they were very sweet and didn't need icing or confectioners' sugar. Quite delicious with a glass of milk. Also while baking the cupcakes I read the rest of the book. It has some helpful links to youtube videos so you can see how to ice cupcakes. Otherwise all of the recipes seem to have been found online as they have each person's email address along with the recipe.
