Prologue

As Thandie lets Eloise dictate an unscheduled trip to Memphis to celebrate all that is Elvis, all she really wants is to find a restaurant she ate at with her late husband years ago and to hear the blues. What they actually get is murder and mayhem - an Elvis impersonator has been killed, the incident being staged as a suicide. The two sleuths are at it again, Eloise charging ahead this time as if she can save the real Elvis and Thandie coming along for the ride (in a rented car, with the RV parked). Faced with female Elvises, addictions of all varieties, and clues that may just lead them into a hunk o' burning trouble, Thandie and Eloise are determined to find answers that have the culprit singing the Jailhouse Rock.
