Truth Transforms Education: A Framework for New School Leaders

The evolution of school leadership roles is redefining leaders as individuals who are facilitators, catalyst and creators of social change. These leaders must know themselves, know and understand the population they have been charged to serve and be willing to meet its needs at all costs.
