Having completed the trials Lolth the Spider Queen set before him, Zayn Darkmore and his companions return to LIthaes Castle to recover from their extended road trip. But their time to rest is cut short by news from outside the Wyrmwood. Those belonging to the Light side have banded together to instigate a war between Wyrmwood and the human kingdoms. The Elven King calls upon Zayn and the Aria of the Twilight to aid their troops in the coming battle.
