Dragons once filled the skies, the Bermuda Triangle is actually a rift in Time and Space, and all of the so called fairies, elves, and pixies have emerged from the forest to help Earth stop an invasion from a parallel world. Jon Amittai, part of the scientific team that saved Earth during the Rift War deals with it all by drowning his sorrows in a small French village. Plagued by visions and dreams Jon holds the dubious position of ambassador to a war ravaged planet. Jon is ordered to bring an ultimatum to the remnant of the defeated invaders who were stranded when the rifts to their world were eventually sealed. These same people had not only destroyed Jon’s world, but had also murdered his daughter and destroyed the only father he ever knew. Along the way Jon unravels the mysteries surrounding the parallel world and Earth revealing that the war was only the beginning of much greater battle to come and that his own life holds the key.
