Prologue
A history of the first one hundred years of the community of followers of the Baha'i Faith in Topeka, Kansas. It tells the story of their adventure in creating a religious community when many of its tenants went counter to prevailing social norms - such as the equality of sexes and races. Any new religious community faces challenges, this tells the story of some of the challenges faced in Topeka in the twentieth century.
