Overview: Un repaso a la historia de la Editorial Bruguera desde sus inicios en 1910 como El Gato Negro hasta la actualidad, en que Ediciones B sigue apostando por la publicación de novedades y fondo editorial como una manera de mantener vivo un patrimonio cultural de nuestro país. En 1910 Joan Bruguera crea la Editorial El Gato Negro, donde en 1921 nació la popular revista Pulgarcito. En 1939 cambia su nombre por el de Editorial Bruguera, que a partir de los años cuarenta del pasado siglo irá creciendo en importancia hasta convertirse en la editorial más importante del país. En 1986, tras una larga historia, Bruguera cierra sus puertas. Es entonces cuando el Grupo Zeta adquiere su fondo adjudicando el mismo a Ediciones B. Es en esta editorial donde, hasta hoy, se siguen publicado novedades de históricos de la historieta como Francisco Ibáñez o Jan, así como reeditando el fondo de estos y otros grandes autores como Víctor Mora, Escobar, Nené Estivill, Peñarroya y una lista casi interminable.

Glad someone recommended this to me. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. Glad I picked this up.

I liked it for the most part. Writing is good, just wish there was a bit more depth in certain parts. Still kept my attention though. Still a good book.

Really enjoyed this one. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. Worth the time and money.
