Overview: Varigo bypass promises riches for the mayoress and a step up the political ladder, but the 'green' is in the way. He's not a proper bribable politician, so he'll have to be 'convinced'. Good, but not quite perfect. The middle dragged a tiny bit, but the ending totally made up for it. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.
