Once he had pulled his pants on over his thickly muscled thighs, he jumped into his car and sped off, toward home. He had left his car overnight in a parking lot by the woods, and he had expected that if he did end up going missing, at least there would be a clue and the police would be interested enough to start a murder mystery in his honor. It was a grim thought, but it was the most he could ask for in terms of a funeral if he were killed in his animal form. He was pretty sure he would just stay a dead dog and nobody would be any the wiser.
