Overview: Martha loved cowboys and cowgirls. She dreamt of becoming a cowgirl when she got a little older. Living in New Jersey her dream is far from coming true. One day she decided to find a job in Texas and pursue her dreams. The Erlite & Co. had scheduled an interview with her and she had to fly alone to appear the next day. She would fly by night and get to meet real cowboys just like one she had seen in western movies and read in so many novels. She just loved the way the cowboys dressed and moved. On the plane she found a young man sitting next to her who was very annoying. He constantly stared at her and smiled at her as if he wanted something from her. She tried to avoid him turning away as much as she could. He even introduced himself as Roger Griffith. He asked her strange questions like her goals in life and what she lived for, etc and it just turned her off. She was happy when the plane parked itself and she got off. There was a twist in the tale. She lands up in the same company where Roger Griffith is one of her bosses. She feels like running away when she sees him but she can’t. Roger was a part time Senior Manager and Ernite & Co. was looking for an Assistant Manager. There were six other interviewers in the room and unfortunately Martha was rejected. Roger felt bad and in Martha’s place another young and attractive woman Susan was selected. Roger tries to console Martha but she doesn’t want to listen to him. Roger feels like revealing his true identity that he was a cowboy and this job is just part time. Roger carries this burden in his heart and Susan gets closer to him each day and expresses her love. A few months pass and one day Martha finds herself heading to one of the ranches in a car all alone when her car suddenly broke down. There was no one around when suddenly Roger appeared in his horse. Martha was dumb struck but did not accept help. Roger went away and Martha stayed there with no one around. Roger went back to the same spot after one day and Martha was still there, thirsty, hungry and panting. She still refused help. Roger had to go back again. When Roger went back after two days, Martha was almost in a dying condition. Roger picked her up in his horse and rescued her. She felt better after a few hours and smiled. Gradually their love began to grow. Martha learned the skills required to become a cowgirl and watches Roger at a rodeo. Martha had the time of her life. She kissed Roger and the two were in deep love. The two made a plan to remove Susan from office. One night Roger gave Susan too much to drink and took her to office. There he forcibly asked her to botch a few crucial reports that had to send the next day. When the company suffered great losses because of the faulty report the blame went on Susan and she was immediately axed. Martha was offered the job in her place. Martha got the job and time of her life. She had indeed turned into a cowgirl.
