Gizli kibrin ve şeytanın iğvalarıyla ete kemiğe büründüğü, tanrılığını ilan etmiş krala karşı onun tanrılığını reddeden ve zulmünden kaçarak dağa sığınan Ashab-ı Kehf bütün hal ve davranışlarıyla bize bir örnek sunmaktadır: Kesin bir şekilde küfrün reddedilmesinin; yalanın, gelip geçici olandan kopuşun ve Hakk'a şeksiz şüphesiz teslim oluşun örneğini.
