Overview: Phương pháp giải tỏa căng thẳng, vượt qua sợ hãi và đối trị sân giận.Theo thống kê của Tổ chức Y tế thế giới (WHO), mỗi năm trên thế giới có hơn một triệu người chết vì tự sát. Trung bình, cứ 40 giây thì có người tự kết liễu đời mình. Và, tỉ lệ người tự tử đã tăng 60% trong 45 năm qua. Dự báo, đến năm 2020, cứ sau 20 giây sẽ có một người chết vì nguyên nhân này – một con số khủng khiếp. Cũng theo WHO, hơn 90% người chết vì tự sát mắc bệnh rối loạn tinh thần tại thời điểm họ qua đời, và nguyên nhân hàng đầu dẫn đến tự sát là chứng trầm cảm lâu ngày không được điều trị. Chưa bao giờ, giải tỏa những cảm xúc tiêu cực như căng thẳng, buồn bã, sợ hãi… lại trở nên cấp bách như hiện tại.“Trước đây khoảng 15 năm, một người em họ gọi điện cho tôi và nói có một người bạn đang trải qua căng thẳng và bất an. Em hỏi tôi có thể giúp bạn cậu ấy hay không. Lúc đó, tôi đang bận và bảo em tôi hãy đưa bạn cậu ấy đến gặp tôi sau. Một tuần sau đó, cậu bạn ấy đã tự sát. Tôi bị sốc và vô cùng buồn bã. Tôi đã có thể giúp cậu ấy nếu tôi có thời gian gặp cậu ấy sớm hơn”, thiền sư Khangser Rinpoche, tiến sĩ phật học đến từ Ấn Độ chia sẻ. Sau câu chuyện đau lòng này, ông dành thời gian nghiên cứu sâu về cơ chế của sự căng thẳng. Càng nghiên cứu, ông càng nhận ra giải tỏa căng thẳng không quá khó khăn. Đó cũng chính là động lực để thiền sư bắt tay vào thực hiện tập sách Sống An Vui, với mong muốn đây sẽ là chìa khóa để vượt qua sợ hãi, đối trị với những sân si, giận dữ trong lòng.Cung cấp cho người đọc những kiến thức chi tiết về những diễn biến nội tâm, quyển sách nhỏ này giúp người đọc nhận ra những yếu tố để sống đời hạnh phúc như: Cần có động lực sống; Thấu hiểu quy luật tự nhiên; Kiểm soát lòng tham; Đối trị phiền não….
