Overview: Este Cuaderno del Prado es el resultado de un año de visitas de Ximena Maier al Museo: una serie de dibujos y acuarelas hechos al vuelo, acompañados de sus curiosas y entretenidas reflexiones sobre el Prado y el arte en general.Ximena va al Museo del Prado desde hace más de 20 años. Dibuja, mira, escucha, toma notas... Unos días los dedica a Goya o a Velázquez y otros hace series de perros o de coronas o de manos. Tiene cuadros favoritos (como todo el mundo) y otros que no le gustan nada. A veces dibuja dependiendo de los bancos que encuentra (que son menos de los que a ella le gustaría) y otras veces deambula de una sala a otra y se para ante cualquier cosa que le llame la atención. Finished it in a couple of days. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. Would probably read it again at some point.

I liked it for the most part. Writing is good, just wish there was a bit more depth in certain parts. Still kept my attention though. A solid 4 stars from me.

An average read for me. The writing was fine, but I didn't feel very connected to the characters. They felt a bit flat. Probably won't read it again, but it was an okay way to pass the time.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Worth the time and money.
