Het waren de anderen die de dienst uitmaakten. Totdat dat veranderde in mijn generatie en het mij lukte om die deur naar de macht te openen. De tijd heeft mij gevormd, en ik kon de tijd meevormen. Van klassenvertegenwoordiger tot minister die aan de wieg stond van de internationale beweging SheDecides. In dit boek laat ik zien hoe persoonlijk mijn politiek is en waarom ik geloof in een strategie die de kracht van sociale bewegingen en de macht van politiek combineert.
