Overview: “Por favor, cuéntame tu historia” es la invitación que hace Noemi Parra a las personas adolescentes trans que participan en este libro. Con ello, se abre el espacio a una narrativa espontánea a partir de la cual las personas dan forma a su historia, una historia contextualizada en los cambios meteóricos que se han dado en los últimos años relacionados con la emergencia de la infancia y adolescencia trans*. Por su parte, Daniasa Curbelo ha desentrañado conceptualmente las historias para construir una suerte de constelaciones de imágenes inter-vinculadas. Con ello, Noemi y Daniasa, nos proponen dos lecturas de las historias que dejan abiertas a la interpretación de quien se acerque a ellas. A partir de las historias, en la segunda parte del libro la autora nos propone una cartografía de los planos de acompañamiento. Convoca a un grupo de adolescentes trans a quienes pregunta : cuales son las acciones que habría que llevar a cabo para mejorar sus vidas? Historia de afectos, conjuga el verbo acompañar proponiéndonos un “acompañamiento afectado” que junto a las personas adolescentes afronte desde perspectivas críticas los desafíos de lo trans* en el mundo actual.

Took me a few chapters to get into it, but it was worth it. Interesting premise and executed fairly well. Just a few slow chapters here and there. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.
