Overview: El estilo skinhead, surgido a finales de los años sesenta en Gran Bretaña, se caracterizó en sus orígenes por una estética transgresora, una actitud desafiante y rebelde y una banda sonora de reminiscencias caribeñas. A partir de su eclosión se aborda su compleja evolución, hecho que le ha conferido un carácter poliédrico en el que identidad, juventud, fútbol, política, violencia o comunidad interactúan para otorgarle la heterogeneidad que impregnó su desarrollo y permite que bajo una estética aparentemente similar coexistan planteamientos ideológicos dispares, totalmente alejados de aquellos que caracterizaron su concepción.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Glad I picked this up.

An average read for me. It felt a bit repetitive in the middle. Could have been shorter. It's fine if you have nothing else to read.

Finished it in a couple of days. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.
