Overview: Reflections on 50 years of the Master of Arts in Teaching program at the School for International The idea of creating a collection of MAT stories was hatched in 2017 at a weekly MAT faculty meeting. Faculty were deliberating the best way to celebrate our program’s 50th anniversary and “discussed our way” to a book that would both celebrate our shared story and allow us to reflect together on the significance of the program over time. What had we each taken away that still mattered and added meaning to our lives and work now? How could knowing this help us in planning for the future and MAT’s next half-century? We decided to invite submissions from alumni and faculty and to accept them all. This is that collection.

Marti Anderson writes contemporary fiction and has always been fascinated by character-driven stories. They hold a degree in English Literature and previously worked as an editor before transitioning to writing their own books. Marti Anderson lives with their spouse and a very vocal rescue cat.

Really enjoyed this one. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. Will be looking for more from this author.
